The Quality Management Department undertakes the activities of Process Development and ERP Management within the scope of Management systems. The entire organization evaluates the activities of the Quality Management System by using the process approach method and ERP Systems and undertakes the necessary infrastructure and development works. The most important elements that direct the Development activities are rectification requests and advises received from the customers and team members at every stage of the project.
