Manufacturing

The works, of which design and project phases end, are transferred to manufacturing process by the project coordinator. Following the material and requirement planning and production, dispatch and mounting planning of the product, manufacturing is realized. The input control is made and raw materials in desirable quality are used. The manufacturing departments are coordinated by Manufacturing Process Observing Engineers who are become the experts of the subject by having an active role in design phase and the manufacturing is realized on work benches that are subjected to modern and periodical maintenance by the technically experienced and periodically trained operators in the shortest time and with less defect.

In continues controls made by operators and quality control staff during and after the process, the quality demanded by customers is guaranteed. The manufacturing and controls are made by using calibrated measurement devices.
In all the processes, especially in welding, dying and gluing processes, qualified and experienced personnel are assigned. Additionally, the authorized companies /persons give periodical training to our personnel on welding, gluing and dying subjects both inside and outside of the company. The developing technology on equipment and fittings used in such processes is continuously followed.
